CLOUD PEAK ENERGY INC.
Cloud Peak Energy Inc. (CPE Inc.) is
a holding company that manages its wholly owned subsidiary Cloud

(Compass Minerals) is a producer of minerals, including salt,

Ontario, Canada, and the rock salt mine in the United Kingdom in
